Being HEALTHY N' SWEET takes a lot of TIME N' PATIENCE!!!

Well lately I've been very anxious, stressed and I guess depressed. I wasn't recognizing myself anymore... I was sick and tired of being sick and tired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All that stress harmed my skin and I started developing dry skin, my nails weren't as strong my hair was very blaaaaaaaaaa and I was always moody. I also started to have lots of acne on my face. Yes I went to see my doctor and guess what he gave me pills all kinds of pills for depression...I said F%^& it!!!!  no pill can heal what I am going through, my body is my temple and it's time to start taking care of it. 

So first thing first I started bringing my ass back to the gym a minimum of 4 times a week and I feel much better and happier especially when I see my ass getting firmer and tighter :)....  I also cut off all sugar from my diet, I've been eating natural dried fruits with no added sugars when I get the sugar craving and it is helping me a lot. I started taking fish oil, Vit D & C my skin looks much better my acne is gone and I am feeling awesome! I am eating very healthy I replaced rice with Quinoa,  I eat lots of veggies and fuits no more red meats just fish and sea food and I replaced cow milk with Soya milk and slowly slowly my diet will be all about macrobiotic... 

I hope I will not get tempted by a big fat chocolate cake with 38749279 calories ... I keep telling myself I am strong and I can do this. I guess what's helping me is that I like the challenge, I love it because it is forbidden, I love to punish myself, test myself and see how long I can go. It's all about WILLPOWER and anyways I release all my stress when I am at the gym so it's all good...lol

  1. I don't believe much in pills either....
    Your body knows when its too much and it talks to you. Doing what you love, what brings your brain and body in peace is the best practice.

  2. Mind over matter :) our bodies have a natural ability to heal and always strive for balance. I love what you are doing. Dont give up and dont get tempted. You will see you will feel way better in no time! :)
